The document contains new recommendations for 406 ELT and 406 PLB annual testing to fulfil European Union regulations relating to air operations.
The annual testing is applicable for all aircraft equipped with 406 ELT/AF or 406 ELT/AP beacons and all aircraft equipped with 406 PLBs.
